In October 2020, the Fundación Vila Casas celebrated twenty years since the creation of the Art 2000 artistic project with the opening of two new exhibitions at the Can Framis Museum and the presentation of four publications.
This anniversary brought together two exhibitions - Capsules of confinement: art and pandemic in Catalonia, with the participation of 100 artists, and El corazón océanico de las cosas by Jordi Martoranno, Fundación Vila Casas prize 2019 -, the publication of three catalogs of the Fundació Vila Casas collection - painting, sculpture and photography - and a book about the history of the Foundation titled Girando hojas de un álbum, written by Gloria Bosch and Mir.

During its 20th anniversary, the Vila Casas Foundation presented three catalogs for the first time - sculpture, painting and photography - that exhaustively documented its extensive collection, which then totaled 4,500 works.

Girando hojas de un álbum, written by Glòria Bosch i Mir, it approaches the history of the Fundació Vila Casas in the first person and as a dialog constructed from memory, words and memory with its founder, Antoni Vila Casas. Art Director of the Foundation for almost twenty years, the author draws a series of intimate and sincere reflections that invite you to walk through everything that has happened at the Foundation, while it becomes a recognition of all the people who have collaborated with the institution during all these years.
