Photographer and independent curator, Prieto makes portraits without seeking originality. He seeks an exchange of looks between the subject and the photographer who is portraying them, which results in a character who gazes at the viewer in a very deep way. Void of distractions or other elements in the way, his photographs are descriptive and with a clear and natural look.
He held the exhibition Punt de Vista (Point of view) at Museu Palau Solterra, in homage to the photograph Somiant (Dreaming) that the artist Pere Formiguera took of Antoni Vila Casas, in a dialogue with portraits of forty artists linked to Fundació Vila Casas and the Empordà.
