Lluís Hortalà (Olot, Girona, 1959) presents ‘Putting the finger in the eye’, an exhibition of several works by this contemporary artist who plays with the irony of appearance. Until 13 July, Espais Volart at the Fundació Vila Casas will be filled with optical illusions. False marbles reproducing Marie Antoinette's chimney or the Prado's plinth painted with the trompe-l'oeil technique are exhibited face to face with photographs of Montserrat, which are in fact altered drawings of these rocky mountains.
