The Palau Solterra Museum offers different opportunities to visit its permanent collection of photography in a more specialized way: organized guided tours, scheduled visits at the weekend and self-guided tours using the information guide which is available to the public.
Organized guided tours. These are led by a specialist in contemporary art and advanced booking is essential, by e-mail to palausolterra@fundaciovilacasas.com, or by telephone at 972 761 976. Bookings must be made with a minimum of 7-days’ notice. There is a maximum limit of 25 people per group. Languages: Catalan and Spanish. Approximate duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. Admission prices per group: €50.00 from Tuesday to Friday; €60.00 at weekends, open to the public. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
Visit programmed guides. A guided tour of the permanent or temporary exhibition. These are offered at weekends, at 7.00 p.m. in summer and 12.00 p.m. in winter*. Advance booking is required. Admission fees: standard €5.00, concessions €3.00.
* Summer: 15th June to 15th September. Winter: 16th September to 14th June.
Self-guided tour using information guides. Visitors can use the printed guides, including a suggested itinerary, available in Catalan, Spanish, French and English. These are free of charge and on offer in the museum’s reception area.
