The collector Sisita Soldevila (Barcelona, 1951) personifies the evolution of an art collector. Having started out in the purest traditional catalan collecting, she has gradually moved into art until she has built up an important collection of contemporary art, which includes a section on video art. At the same time, she has built up the collection of the Hotel Ámister, which, thanks to her enthusiasm and perseverance, is the first establishment in our country to have an internal channel exclusively dedicated to video art.
