Sala Empordà, a gallery space specialising in the promotion of artists with connections to the Empordà region, is holding an exhibition of photographs by Jordi Cané. Born in Palafrugell in 1978, the work of this portraitist is impregnated with objects and landscapes redolent with memory; objects from another time – that of the Spanish Civil War – interred under the rubble of time.
