Pep Admetlla (Girona, 1962) works his sculptures with the care and detail of a silversmith, articulating architecturally referenced landscapes. With elements taken from city planning, industrial design and utopic ideals, the artist transposes the poetics of industrial geometry to a human scale. His project “7 Doors” sets up a counterpoint between large-format drawings and three-dimensional pieces, and deals with the creation of spaces from different points of view.
