Through doing yoga and conscious writing, participants will develop a sensorial and reflective experience in dialogue with the exhibited artworks. We will explore the connection between the body, breathing and the written word.
The session will consist of an initial artistic observation leading to a fluid yoga practice, accessible to everyone, inspired by the idea of ‘writing with our body’ and an exercise of automatic writing. To close the session, participants may share some of their written pieces and there will be a brief reflection on the experience of uniting body, art and word.
