Palau Solterra, Torroella de Montgrí
On the occasion of Sant Jordi's Day, all the museums of the Fundació Vila Casas (Espais Volart, Can Framis, Can Mario and Palau Solterra) will be offering open doors and discounts on catalogues on 23 April.
In addition, the Museu Palau Solterra will offer a guided tour, at a reduced price, to the exhibition The instinct of Salvi Danés (register here). It will take place on Wednesday 23 April at 12 p.m.
In the afternoon, from 4 to 6 p.m., the museum has also organised a family workshop of artistic creation where dragons will be painted and optical effects will be worked on, all based on lenticular photography. Colours and moving images will be the protagonists of this dynamic and light activity; in 10 minutes we will have a work of art to take home! Admission is free and without prior registration.
