Palau Solterra, Torroella de Montgrí
On Saturday 8 April, coinciding with the exhibition Poematges by Martí Boada and Teresa Romanillos, is the presentation of the book of the same name at the Palau Solterra Museum. There is also a guided visit of the exhibition in the company of the two artists.
Poematges is the result of a meeting of gaze and word associated with landscape and nature. Martí Boada (San Celoni, 1949), naturalist, researcher and artist, and the visual artist Teresa Romanillos (Barcelona, 1960), transfer organicity and biological essence to the aesthetic sphere in order to celebrate beauty.
Their book, published by Blume, positions the observer as part of the landscapes on show, where everyone, to a certain degree, constructs their own landscape thanks to the superb use of the communion of word and image.
After the book presentation the artists will lead a guided visit of the show which will enable viewers to explore the universe of Poematges.
This activity is free of charge and is part of the 2017 World Art Day events programmed in Girona.
