To coincide with the Palafrugell town fiesta, the Can Mario Museum is holding an open doors day on Friday 20 July.
Visitors can view the museum’s permanent exhibition – a collection of over 200 sculptures dating from the 1960s to the present day by various sculptors all born or resident in Catalonia. They can also take in the three temporary shows on at the museum: the 2018 Sculpture Prize, Hiberticer; a show by the artists David Bestué, Rita Puig-Serra and Serra Salvi; and Ánima by the artist Cristina Batllori.
