The Can Framis Museum of Contemporary Painting is taking part in this year’s Festival of Santa Eulalia, running from 10 to 12 February 2017. As part of the event the museum has prepared a series of activities for the weekend of the 11 and 12 February 2017.
On Saturday 11 February from 11 am to 6 pm, Can Framis is having an Open Doors day, allowing visitors to view the permanent painting collection, set out as Monologue, Dialogue and Concept, as well as this season’s temporary exhibition, Esborradís, by the artist Jordi Alcaraz. There will also be two free guided visits of the permanent collection, each lasting approximately one hour. The first is scheduled for Saturday 11 February at 4.30 pm, and the second for Sunday 12 February at 12.30 pm. Reservations are not necessary.
The Museum has also programmed a family workshop-visit at 11.30 am, entitled “Nature vs. Town”, which will include a tour of the gallery and a workshop centred on urban landscape and emotions.
