The workshop involves constructing mobile sculptures, exploring movement, balance, and the possibilities of materials. It is inspired by the moving works in the permanent collection, which display these characteristics and condition the perception of sculpture, and by the temporary exhibition by Antoni Forcada, who works with wood and found materials, creating ephemeral sculptures that reflect the relationship between materials and landscape.
The activity allows participants to experiment with shapes and balance, constructing ephemeral pieces and observing how movement and space influence the work, offering a sensory way of learning about contemporary sculpture.
