Júlia Collado Riu began her artistic career in 2021, under the name Iris Deco, with her debut album entitled Golden. She captured the public with a unique fusion of soul and R&B thanks to a collaboration with Ferran Palau, Jordi Matas and b1n0.
In early 2024, with the launch of her EP and short film Mai s’ha trencat del tot (It is never completely broken), Júlia took the decisive step to bid farewell to Iris Deco and start using her real name, Júlia Collado Riu, as the result of a great revelation in her career to connect with her purest essence. This short film symbolized a transition towards her current artistic period, in which the search for authenticity in her identity was key.
