An unpublished book by the critic, art historian and painter Rafael Benet (Terrassa, 1889-Barcelona, 1979) comes to light. He was working in 1967 and had to have a prologue by the critic Rafael Santos Torroella. It had a publisher, Ramon Quintana, and was to be published under the Libros Sinera imprint. Strangely, however, the 244 pages typed by Rafael Benet, remained in a drawer. Until now. Glòria Bosch and Susanna Portell are the architects that finally can be read, after locating the manuscript in the Santos Torroella fund of the Municipal Archives of Girona, at a time that was in the process of cataloging.
