After the COVID-19 epidemic and observing the health and political management, Andreu Segura considers in this book the need to reflect on what happened with a serene and sincere attitude that serves to prevent and treat possible future epidemics without falling into the same mistakes or inefficiencies in which we incurred.
As a public health professional, Andreu Segura offers his knowledge of pandemics throughout history, as well as the lessons we should learn from the most recent events. He brings us closer to a reality that can repeat itself, so we must be aware of our vulnerability and try to correct everything that could have worked better.
The presentation will be on Monday 31 March, 5 p.m., at Espais Volart (Ausiàs Marc, 22, Barcelona) and will be given by Dr. Andreu Segura, Dr. Miquel Vilardell and Dr. Gema Revuelta.
