On Saturday 11 February at 12 noon, the presentation of Silentium, will take place to coincide with the opening of the exhibition Perception by the artist Anna Bahí. Silentium is a limited edition book designed by Xavier Alamany, where photographic contributions by Anna Bahí and musical contributions by Xavier de Palau come together in a single project.
Silentium deals with internal silence through the figure of an adolescent boy. It is a silence that does not express peace nor calm but rather reserve and anguish. It is an individual’s silence during a stage of life where the intellectual side begins to take control while the side that is more magical and fantastic is left behind in childhood.
