Each month Can Framis holds visits of the permanent and temporary exhibitions (MEET ART) as well as workshop visits for families (Art for the Family).
Scheduled for Saturday, 4 November, there will be two MEET ART visits. At 12.00 am one guided visit to the temporary exhibition, #ClásicosDesollados, in the company of the artist Jordi Díaz Alamà. The creator of the 30 pieces, which can be viewed until 21 January 2018, will be at the disposition of the public in a guided tour of his exhibition, and will talk about the creative process behind his works and reveal what is hidden under the layers of acrylic paint covering part of his output. At 12.30 am, we will offer a guided visit to the permanent exhibition.
Also scheduled for this month as part of the Art for the Family programme is the workshop Art al plat! (Saturday 18 November, 11.30am). In this session children discover parallels between food and the artistic techniques used in some of the paintings on display. Using plates for their canvas, they will serve up art inspired by the textures and various elements they will have spotted in art works on a tour of the museum’s galleries.
